PALLETIZER
UTILITY
The Palletizer is used to stack cardboxes on top of pallets. It has a Belt Conveyor on top to move cardboxes, a Roller Conveyor to move Pallets, a Rod to push cardboxes above the Pallets, a Pusher to adjust the cardbox position and a Hatch to drop the cardboxes on top of the Pallets.
BELT CONVEYOR OUTPUTS
Run/Stop: Output to turn the Belt Conveyor on.
Direct/Reverse: Output to change its direction (must be used along with Run/Stop).
Speed Reference: Analog Output to change its speed.
ROLLER CONVEYOR OUTPUTS
Run/Stop: Output to turn the Roller Conveyor on.
Direct/Reverse: Output to change its direction (must be used along with Run/Stop).
Speed Reference: Analog Output to change its speed.
Move Roller Up: Output to move the Roller up.
Move Roller Down: Output to move the Roller down.
Roller Top Position: Input to detect whether the Roller is in its top position.
Roller Bottom Position: Input to detect whether the Roller is in its bottom position.
Current Roller Position: Analog Input to detect the Roller's current position.
ROD INPUTS AND OUTPUTS
Extend: Output to extend the Rod.
Retract: Output to retract the Rod.
Extended: Input to tell whether the Rod is extended.
Retracted: Input to tell whether the Rod is retracted.
HATCH INPUTS AND OUTPUTS
Open: Output to open the Hatch.
Close: Output to close the Hatch.
Opened: Input to detect whether the Hatch is opened.
Closed: Input to detect whether the Hatch is closed.
PUSHER INPUTS AND OUTPUTS
Move Pusher Forward: Output to move the Pusher forward.
Move Pusher Backward: Output to move the Pusher backward.
Pusher Max Position: Input to detect whether the Pusher is in its maximum position.
Pusher Min Position: Input to detect whether the Pusher is in its minimum position.
Current Pusher Position: Analog Input to detect the Pusher's current position.
