To connect PLCSIM to DL FACTORY-BUILDER, you will need these three software.
1) TIA portal to develop your PLC applications.
2) PLCSIM to simulate your applications.
3) NetToPLCsim, this one is a network extension for PLCSIM; it allows you to access the PLC-Simulation S7-PLCsim from your network via TCP/IP communication. Go to their website and download this extension.

Carry on with the connection procedures if you already have the TIA portal, PLCSIM and NetToPLCSim installed on your computer.
